Who we write for
How we work
No mystery timelines and no mystery authors. These are the commitments every engagement runs on, agreed before the first brief.
Typical first-draft turnaround once a brief is approved.
Human-written and editor-reviewed before anything reaches you.
Typical reply to a new brief or project enquiry.

Three habits keep a blog compounding instead of stalling — and all three are built into how we work.
We start with a keyword map and topic clusters tied to what you actually sell, then turn them into a calendar with a date and an owner for every article. No more publishing whatever came to mind that week.
See how strategy worksEach article starts as a brief: target keyword, angle, outline, sources, and the internal links it should carry. You approve that before a word is written — which is exactly why revision rounds stay short.
Request a sample briefDrafts arrive formatted and ready to paste — or we upload, schedule, and publish them inside your CMS. After that we watch how each post performs and refresh the ones that start to slide.
Compare plansInside every article
The same checklist runs on a one-off article and on a twelve-month retainer. Nothing here is an upsell.
The process
The same five stages whether we write one article a month or twenty — only the volume changes.
We learn the brand, the audience, the offers, and what a good month of publishing looks like to you.
A keyword map, topic clusters, and a calendar covering your first quarter of articles.
Angle, outline, sources, and internal links — sent for your approval before writing starts.
A human first draft, then an editorial pass and an SEO pass before it reaches you.
We publish, track how posts perform, and rewrite the ones that start to slip.
Why Bourday
Six commitments that shape every brief, draft, and edit that leaves the studio.
AI helps us research, cluster, and outline. Every published sentence is written and edited by a human who knows your account.
We write for the reader first and structure for the crawler second. Keywords earn their place or they come out.
A living voice guide — tone, vocabulary, things you never say — so drafts sound like you from article one.
You approve the angle and outline up front, which keeps revisions to wording rather than rewrites.
Briefs, drafts, images, and research live in your accounts. Leave whenever you like and take all of it.
Volume is matched to your review capacity, so the calendar never quietly stalls at post three.
Sample work
In-house editorial concepts that show how we plan a cluster and a refresh sprint. Shown as direction, not as delivered client work.
Nine linked articles built around one money page — comparison posts, objection handlers, and a pricing calculator explainer, each pointing back to the offer.

FAQ
Honestly: months, not days. A new article usually needs 8–16 weeks to settle into its ranking, and clusters compound after that. What you should see immediately is a consistent calendar, briefs you approve, and drafts arriving on schedule — those are the things we can actually promise.
We use AI the way most editors do now — for research, clustering, and stress-testing outlines. The drafting and the editing are done by a person, and every piece goes through a plagiarism and AI-detection check before delivery. If you need that in writing, we will put it in the agreement.
That is what the voice guide is for. Before the first article we document tone, vocabulary, sentence rhythm, and the things you never want said. It lives in your Drive, gets updated as we learn, and every writer on your account works from it.
Then we work inside it. Send us the keyword map and calendar and we will pick up at the brief stage. Plenty of clients only need writing and editing capacity, not a new plan.
Most of our work is B2B SaaS, e-commerce, agencies, and professional services. If a topic needs genuine technical depth we will say so up front and either bring in a specialist writer or interview someone on your team.
If you want us to. We can hand over formatted drafts, or upload, schedule, and publish directly in WordPress, Webflow, Ghost, or HubSpot — images, alt text, meta, and internal links included.
Send over your topics, your goals, and how often you want to publish. We will come back with a plan and a price — usually within one to two business days.
No sales call required to get a quote. Email works fine.
