Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy sets out how and when BOURDAYBLOG LLC, trading as Bourday Blog Studio, delivers commissioned work.

Turnaround times

• Editorial brief: 2–3 business days from receiving your topic and background material.
• First draft: typically 5 business days from your approval of the brief.
• Revisions: 2 business days from receiving consolidated feedback.
• Content refresh: 3–5 business days per post.
• Strategy and calendar: 7–10 business days for a first-quarter plan.

These are the timelines we work to. Where a piece needs subject-matter interviews or unusual research, we tell you the expected date in the brief instead.

How work is delivered

Articles are delivered as formatted Google Docs by default, with headings, internal links, meta title and description, and image suggestions included. On request we deliver Markdown or HTML instead. Where your plan includes publishing, we upload, format, and schedule the piece directly in your CMS.

Publishing access

To publish on your behalf we need contributor-level or equivalent access to your CMS. We request the lowest level of access that lets us do the job, and we ask you to revoke it whenever the engagement ends.

Delays

Delivery dates assume briefs and feedback are approved within 3 business days. If a review takes longer, the delivery date moves by the same amount. If we are going to miss a date for any reason on our side, we tell you before the deadline rather than after it.

Digital delivery only

All work is delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped physically, so no shipping charges apply.

Problems with a delivery

If something has not arrived or a file will not open, email contact@bourdayblogstudio.com and we will resend it the same business day wherever possible.
