Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services supplied by BOURDAYBLOG LLC, trading as Bourday Blog Studio.

Before work starts

If you cancel an order before we have begun keyword research or brief preparation, you receive a full refund. Tell us at contact@bourdayblogstudio.com and we will process it within 5 business days.

After a brief has been prepared

Once we have prepared and sent an editorial brief, that stage is chargeable. If you cancel at this point, we refund the balance of the order after deducting 25% of the article price for the research and brief already delivered — and the brief is yours to keep and use.

After a draft has been delivered

Delivered articles are non-refundable. If a draft does not follow the approved brief, we will rewrite it at no charge rather than issue a refund. If a rewrite still misses the brief, we will discuss a partial refund in good faith.

Monthly retainers

Retainers are billed for the month ahead. If you cancel mid-cycle, articles already delivered or in progress that month remain chargeable, and we refund the pro-rated value of the articles not yet started. There is no charge for the following month.

Add-ons

Add-on items such as content refreshes, landing page copy, newsletter issues, and voice guides follow the same stages as articles: fully refundable before work begins, partially refundable after research or briefing, non-refundable once delivered.

How to request a refund

Email contact@bourdayblogstudio.com with your invoice number and the reason for the request. We reply within 2 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take longer to show the credit.

Ranking and traffic results

We do not offer refunds based on search rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes, as explained in our Terms of Service.
